Scheduled an oil change using their website which was super easy and quick. William (Hunter) completed my service and even caught a recall that needed to be addressed. Both services were completed (no fee for the recall) and I enjoyed the customer service. I will definitely be coming back for future services.

I brought my truck in at noon on a Saturday for service and a rotation. Riley Palin help me out, and did a great job at explaining the specials and got me a great service special that I will be able to use two more times. He made sure that my truck was kept clean and got the service handled in a reasonably quick manner. He called and notified us when it was ready and had everything ready for us when we arrived to pick up our vehicle.

I had a great experience at Bob Howard Chevrolet. I brought in my 2025 Chevy Silverado for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, kept me informed, and made the whole process easy. My truck was taken care of the right way, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

Great experience as always. Riley was very friendly & courteous & Brandon was as well. Really appreciate the service video you get as they check your vehicle. That shows me they are not trying to mislead me in any way. They don't try & sell you extras or push extras at you which is a real big plus to me. I highly recommend Bob Howard Chevrolet service department. They always go above & beyond to make your experience top notch. I will continue to have them service my car.

I had been in multiple times for the same sound coming from the engine that never seemed to be fixed after spending 4k on different things. In the end Brandon was able to figure it out and had it fixed within 30 mins. He’ll be my go to service manager every time I need something done!

I never have any problems when I go to this dealership for service on my cars! All of the techs and everyone are so helpful and nice and don't try to charge me for things that I don't need which is nice!! 🙂

Are there things I wish were better regarding the service center? Of course there is. Better communication and setting expectations when things don't go quite as planned But I will say this, today the service center turned my frustration into appreciation. Daniel, my service advisor, is very knowledgeable and responsive. My issue was identified quickly and a plan was made to complete the repair. Even though it couldn't be completed at my visit, I am very happy with the process and the people that helped me.

Yeah took almost 2 months to get a new transmission and rear end. Communication via text messages was a joke. Several unanswered inquiries. Now it’s back in the shop with a loud rattling noise and transmission jerks when you put it in gear. Will update when work is completed.

This was the 1st required maintenance for my 2024 Traverse & the first time I’d been to the Service Department!! I had a 10:00am appointment, & surprisingly my car was finished in less than an hour!!

I'm literally sitting in the waiting room right now waiting for my car and I've never in my life been at a dealership at 10am on a Saturday and it's not busy at all, like I pulled in and my car was almost immediately starting to be serviced, and it's so peaceful! So happy I came here! ❤️

Kyle met me at my vehicle. I explained to him I had an appointment for an oil change. He took my info and explained the process. He then had me wait in the waiting area and offered me water or coffee. In less than 25-30 minutes he was back with the service completed.

Came here to get my oil changed and my tires rotated only to be back in here paying almost 500 dollars for tires repairs when I wasnt made aware them. I paid 65+ dollars on initial visit and they didnt say anything. Now im back a week later 442 dollars in the hole.

Very professional… Provided a solution that was greater than the problem at hand in order to repair my vehicle in a faster time frame as opposed to me waiting on a part. I took my car to get something fixed and have an overall check on everything. I specifically asked them to take care of anything that wasn’t right. I left my car there for a week. The second I got into my car, a low wiper fluid light came on.

Above my expectations, 2023 Bolt needed parts but I needed to drive my car. Therefore made arrangements to come pick up and then bring it back when parts arrived at later date. When I came to pick up car and reschedule, Greg Altman told me parts and repairs were expedited so repairs made on spot and I didn’t have to bring my car back later. Also they had charged overnight it all the way full! Nice!

I was greeted by Brandon when I pulled in. He was very polite and courteous. After my service was complete, he set my door locks for me. As always, everything was done in a timely manner.

It was good. Everyone was very nice, took their time to figure out the problems and gave me a small discount and that really helped.

I had what would be easily described as a nightmare car - 14 year old Chevy Malibu with an unknown electrical issue that was immobilizing the car randomly. I chose to let Kyle and his team make it right and they have taken care of the issue for me. While it took a very long time to find the issue, I absolutely understand they were looking for a needle in a haystack at this point and they were able to find the issue and get me on the road again. I would happily take any Chevy vehicle I own to Kyle & his team at Bob Howard after my experiences with them.

Brakes were fixed to satisfaction and on time.

Very comfortable with no pressure given. Oscar answered any and all questions. He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. He was kind and courteous. Appreciated all everyone did for us during our purchase.

Made the deal over the phone and everything was ready and as agreed when we arrived. Very nice to work with and did everything they said they would and more.

We had a great experience here. The salesman was great and his Dad was the one who helped us with paperwork. No fuss. No tactics. We will buy here again.
