What’s frustrating is that no one mentioned this to me during my visit. I was allowed to leave the dealership without any explanation or discussion about the check engine light.
After getting home and seeing the light still on, I had to drive all the way back. When I spoke with the advisor who assisted me, he told me he “didn’t know” I wanted the check engine light addressed. That makes no sense if a warning light is on, especially when the vehicle is under warranty, it should absolutely be acknowledged and discussed without the customer having to specifically request it.
This is now the second time I’ve experienced a situation where I only find out about additional issues after I’ve already picked up my vehicle. On top of that, other items were flagged on my car, and I was told not to worry about them because the car was off, which did not give me confidence. I expect those concerns to be properly checked and explained, not dismissed.
This level of communication and service is unacceptable. Customers should be fully informed about their vehicle’s condition before leaving the dealership. I expect better attention to detail and transparency moving forward.

Scheduled an oil change using their website which was super easy and quick. William (Hunter) completed my service and even caught a recall that needed to be addressed. Both services were completed (no fee for the recall) and I enjoyed the customer service. I will definitely be coming back for future services.
I had my Colorado ZR2 serviced today, all fluids, oil, transmission, rear axle & front differential and transfer case. All appear to have been excellently and in a fair amount of time.
I brought my truck in at noon on a Saturday for service and a rotation. Riley Palin help me out, and did a great job at explaining the specials and got me a great service special that I will be able to use two more times. He made sure that my truck was kept clean and got the service handled in a reasonably quick manner. He called and notified us when it was ready and had everything ready for us when we arrived to pick up our vehicle.
Bought my 2023 Trail Blazer here and I only use BH for oil changes tire rotation's and this time recommended brake fluid with 36,000 miles now. I love the service and maintenance checks and their honesty.. No extras or you need this or that just my concerns are addressed. I always have received a green light from My chevrolet app after being consistent with my vehicle service recommendation. It is a huge financial relief with affordability when GM sends me coupons to use as well. Kyle is the best in the service department. Thank you Bob Howard Chevrolet!

went to get my tires rotated and balanced and didn’t tell me they weren’t gonna rotate them. got home realized that they were in fact not rotated! called them said that it was included with the balance but if they would’ve told me they weren’t gonna rotate them i wouldn’t have paid for the balance. terrible communication!

I had been in multiple times for the same sound coming from the engine that never seemed to be fixed after spending 4k on different things. In the end Brandon was able to figure it out and had it fixed within 30 mins. He’ll be my go to service manager every time I need something done!

Took over an hour for a scheduled oil change and then waited over an hour for an alignment. When I was told “you’re next” it had been two & a half hours. I would’ve left after the oil change if the wait for alignment would’ve been communicated. Worst part, they didn’t add the oil change coupon, the cashier had to do it. This is the second major screw up here, gotta find a new location.
