Mo the salesman was very nice to work with and Brett the finance manager had a lot of patience explaining things several times to us over a course of a few days. Our first time shopping with Bob Howard Chevrolet.. not a horrible experience which is a plus but car shopping is always stressful no matter where you go I think.
Riley the Service coordinator was very friendly, punctual, and helpful in getting my Silverado 1500 EV in and the issues resolved and back on the road. I really appreciate the prompt diagnosis and quick repair. Would highly recommend Riley, the service techs and Bob Moore to anyone interested in a GM Chevrolet product.

They are some of the best at working on diesels. They have the certified and top mechanics for them on site. I've always been able to trust my Chevy vehicles with them. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also had a check engine light on. I assumed the light might be related to the oil, but it turns out it was due to a separate issue that is covered under my warranty. What’s frustrating is that no one mentioned this to me during my visit. I was allowed to leave the dealership without any explanation or discussion about the check engine light.

I had my Colorado ZR2 serviced today, all fluids, oil, transmission, rear axle & front differential and transfer case. All appear to have been excellently and in a fair amount of time.
Bought my 2023 Trail Blazer here and I only use BH for oil changes tire rotation's and this time recommended brake fluid with 36,000 miles now. I love the service and maintenance checks and their honesty.. No extras or you need this or that just my concerns are addressed. I always have received a green light from My chevrolet app after being consistent with my vehicle service recommendation. It is a huge financial relief with affordability when GM sends me coupons to use as well. Kyle is the best in the service department. Thank you Bob Howard Chevrolet!

went to get my tires rotated and balanced and didn’t tell me they weren’t gonna rotate them. got home realized that they were in fact not rotated! called them said that it was included with the balance but if they would’ve told me they weren’t gonna rotate them i wouldn’t have paid for the balance. terrible communication!

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department manager at Bob Howard Chevrolet. From the start, the communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, the manager spoke in a condescending tone that made it clear customer service was not a priority.
What was even more frustrating was the failure to honor the original estimate I was given. The final cost was significantly higher, with little explanation or accountability. When I asked for clarification, the response felt defensive rather than helpful.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Got there at the specified time. Once arriving I checked my car in and waited. After an hour I walked outside to make a call and noticed my car was still outside and hadn’t even been started yet. Also, when checking in, I got a text message from the service department stating I could text them that number with any questions. Took over an hour for a scheduled oil change and then waited over an hour for an alignment. When I was told “you’re next” it had been two & a half hours. I would’ve left after the oil change if the wait for alignment would’ve been communicated. Worst part, they didn’t add the oil change coupon, the cashier had to do it. This is the second major screw up here, gotta find a new location.

Since I bought my 2020 Equinox from Bob Howard I have continued to use their Service department for my oil/filter changes. It's easy to make appointments and service technicians are helpful and polite. And since I earn points I can use those to pay for my services.

Good for routine standard maintenance. But did not have EV tech working this Saturday. Also was not able to repair the one item that prompted me to bring my car in.
I made a 8:15 appointment and I was on time. The appointment was for a oil change that took just over 2 hours. Way too long!

The dealership is huge and they had what we were looking for. I feel like Papa was a good salesman. He was very mild mannered and didn't show any annoyance working with us. Plus they had a play area that was life saving with our twin toddlers. I have no complaints and would recommend.

I brought my impala in to replace headlights. My test drive after dark determined headlights were terribly misaligned. I went back and serrvice advisor Brandon said I needed to replace alighment mechanism for over $1000. I took car to a local shop who determined headlight was not properly installed. I left with lights aligned and did not replace alignment mechanism.

I am writing to share my deeply disappointing and deceptive experience with Bob Howard Chevrolet.
On 12/31/25, I found a specific Blazer on their website. Using their online configurator, I received a clear "Out-the-Door" price of $35,000 with no trade-in selected. The website stated the price was good for 2 days, which should have made it valid through 1/2/26. (Note: The dealership and GM were closed on 1/1/26.)
