Usually pretty good. Most current service call I had an 11:00 spot. 48 hours later I inquired about repair status. I was told my vehicle was in line to be assigned to a tech. Repair took an additional day to complete. Service person originally said it was a quick repair. Not sure if the purpose for scheduling an appt. Glad I did not take the option to wait on repair.
