I made my appointment with Curtis Wagner and, as always with him it only took a few minutes and he was in full-mode to accommodate me. It's never a strain to explain what I need because he's always intuitive about any issue and what I'm concerned about. A couple of minutes after I arrived, Chris Olsen (Service Manager) came up and made sure I was taken care of and any concerns about my truck. He always gives you the feeling that you and your vehicle are the most important thing at that time. He stops and never acts like he needs to get on to something else, even though he has a lot on his plate. I never worry or get concerned when I go to the service department. I will again buy my next car at BH Chevrolet because of the attention, kindness, friendliness, and professionalism that I always get when I go there. The bottom line is that they work hard for the customer, and they do what they say they will. Period. It's a Top-Shelf service department and people working at it!!! I'm going back next week for a new battery and some optional service. Looking forward to the good people and good coffee...………...
